I work with a broad range of adult and adolescent clients. I work with concerns around spirituality, identity, mood, grief, and trauma, among others. Contact me if you'd like to ask specific questions!

Session structure

Sessions are 50-minutes long.

(Shorter and longer sessions may be available as necessary.)

Sessions are tailored to each individual client. Any given session may include traditional "talk" therapy and/or some form of creative processing, such as art-making, improv, or movement.
