Life as a human gets heavy. You don't have to hold it alone. As a counselor and drama therapist, I'm here to share that load.

Making It Make Sense

Among the concerns I work with as a counselor and drama therapist, I specialize in spirituality, existential anxiety, identity, and grief and loss, in both teens and adults. I’m honored to support clients processing religious trauma; doubting, questioning, or exploring their faith; and entering or leaving a faith tradition. I help people navigate fundamental questions of meaning and purpose, and I work with them to deepen their experience of personal and cultural identity. And, when clients encounter loss and step into grief, I share in holding space for every stage of that pain.

These experiences, like so many others, can feel overwhelming and all-consuming. In the midst of that enormity, I want you to know: you don’t have to face it alone. As you lean into the tension of growing into greater wellness, I will gladly come alongside you on the journey.

In my work, I draw on the power of creative expression: storytelling, role exploration, imagination, embodiment, spontaneity, and a sense of play. There’s something radical about engaging life’s challenges through creativity, resisting pain’s power to dampen every spark. If your personal spark is flickering or has even gone out, let’s find a way to reignite it.

If you’re caught up in spiritual or existential concerns, identity exploration, or navigating life after loss, I invite you to connect with me today. I’d be honored to explore how I can support your growth.
